Compliments of the season to my dear readers, I hope you all are enjoying the holidays, cos I am. To be honest, I’ve over indulged myself and I feel like I deserve it. I just want to take a few minutes and share my thoughts as usual, and I hope you gain from it.
I’m sure everyone and anyone who has ever taken public transport would be familiar with people preaching the gospel or spreading the word. Now depending on my mood and the contents of the person’s message, I usually listen. If I’m not in sync with the contents of the person’s message, I could tune off. One of the things that could make me tune off is if the person is shouting and preaching fire and brimstone. I think one way to preach the word, especially in a public bus is to speak firmly, calmly and coherently. But that’s just my opinion.

2011 is quickly coming to an end, and I'm grateful for its very beginning. It's been a year of opportunities, successes and strange happenings. As we count down to the end of the year, I'll take you through a few notable things that are worth remembering from 2011.
In no particular order, check out a list I have compiled, narrowing them down to 20. Obviously, there are more but......
The blackberry rave for this year was at its peak. Everybody apparently has a blackberry. BB Pins are exchanged now instead of phone numbers. If you can't afford a brand new blackberry, you just have to buy the 'fairly' used. It doesn't stop there though, the telephone network operators offered several competitive blackberry services and prices until finally, the blackberry subscription fee dropped to N1,500 which i think suits customers just fine. Who knows what 2012 would bring? Maybe free services.....lol, just hoping...

….I’m not sure as to what my exact state of mind was when I got home, all I know is I was somewhere in between fury and emotional breakdown. I spent my entire trip home in prayers; praying that nothing bad had happened, and praying that my prayers would be answered.

When I heard a couple of months back that the Nigerian senate was deliberating on whether or not to ban same sex marriage in Nigeria, I thought to myself, really? Like this country doesn't have enough problems to be dealing with, than bothering ourselves about the seemingly growing gay community.

As a much younger girl, I would totally get air headed when a guy toasted me or asked me out or something. I’ll be like ‘OMG, this guy is totally into me, he likes me, he thinks I’m pretty’…blah, blah, blah. But now, as a much older ‘young’ lady **tongue sticking out** I’ve come to realize that a guy toasts on the average like 5 girls at the same time, so it’s pointless getting to excited, when a guy expresses his interest in you. For real, I’m not exaggerating.
Hello dears, and faithful readers of my blog, I'M BACK!!! **in sing-song voice**. It's been months of not blogging and because my blog is relatively new, i thought nobody would notice. However, I've gotten several phone calls and messages from several friends asking me if I've abandonned my blog, but the answer is a gracious No!. I've been over-whelmed with other aspects of my life, and unfortunately, i allowed my blog to suffer for it **sniffing**....lol, but i'm back now.
Ok, so now that i'm back to blogging, i have to actually think of what to write about, **scratcing my head**,....any ideas?? Oh well, something would definitely come up....I can't wait for my next post, and I know a few friends who can't wait too......I hope it turns out exciting....
